Most construction professionals don’t need another demo. They already know how their work actually moves especially once the pressure shows up on the project. When schedules compress, sequences change there are multiple delays and people make judgment calls to keep the job going.What usually gets skipped is whether the tech and systems brought onto a project will stick once the schedule tightens and whether they actually fit the way the work runs. That’s the gap I focus on.I pay attention to this, and the way they show up on real jobs. When teams ask for help, I don’t start with features or recommendations. That experience taught me something construction reinforces all too often: completing training or buying software doesn’t change behavior.
