Supports the development of content across global internal communications channels to drive awareness of the Administration function with dedicated support for Human Resources. Researches, develops, edits and publishes consistent key messaging that aligns with company goals and values, including strategic plans, internal announcements, feature stories, video outlines, emails, talking points, Q & As, fact sheet content, etc. using multiple internal and external sources and strategic plans. Develops strategic communication campaign plans to promote and advance organizational initiatives, community partnerships, employee engagement initiatives, employee resource group activities, goals and priorities. Works with human resources to plan and execute communications projects, including needs assessment, scope and budget, timelines, resources and task prioritization. Leads all internal human resources communications between Apache and its employees through various internal communications channels including email newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and other relevant platforms designed to keep employees informed and engaged. Leads communication planning for human resources campaigns and messaging, ensuring employees are informed and engaged during transitions. Writes and/or reviews content in many forms and styles: presentations, speaking notes and full remarks, talking points, intranet stories and content, video scripts, internal reports, etc. Researches, develops and edits communications plans and measures deliverables including overall communication strategies, internal announcements, feature stories, video outlines and emails. Plans and executes high-level, large-scale executive and employee events, including town halls, global business celebrations, service awards and holiday events
