SCS systems use a small implanted medical device to generate electrical impulses to stimulate nerves along the spinal cord to the brain, replacing painful sensations with a more pleasing sensation.• Manage the talent acquisition & recruitment efforts for the St. Jude Medical Neuromodulation R&D Engineering, IT, Manufacturing and Reimbursement organizations. • Build strategic business partnerships with all levels of management up to VP by developing effective recruiting strategies.• Drive and manage all human resources full cycle recruitment strategies including: Sourcing active and passive candidates through Linked in and other creative sourcing methods.• Review, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coach managers on hiring trends, provide developmental feedback to candidates based on interview results.• Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. • Familiar with regulatory compliance, OFCCP, ISO 13485, ISO FDA, ADA, visa legislation, employment laws, payroll, benefits.• Specialized in recruiting: Electrical/Software/Mechanical Engineering, Program Management, IT, Quality, Reimbursement, Regulatory.
