ABOUT STEPHANIE AYEBOAFO
I am a junior in the University of Massachusetts Lowell studying Health Psychology with a minor in Public Health and on a pre-med track. Over the past year, I had the experience of interning at Seven Hills Foundation. During my internship, I interacted with women with disabilities helping them with daily activities and designed plans for their duties that promoted their independence. My peers, instructors and co-workers describe me as energetic, hard-working, passionate about goals, and an enthusiastic collaborator. I plan on building my leadership skills as a Vice President of a prayer group and as a career peer tutor at the University. I\'ll be graduating in May, 2024 and I plan on taking a gap year to further develop my skills and research knowledge as well as dedicating my time to my community before I attend medical school. I\'m excited to pursue a career in gynecology in which I can give back to my community and promote gynecological medicine in society and bridging the treatment gap in Ghana/West Africa. In the meanwhile, I continue to acquire new skills and enhance a solid professional network.
