   Developed and incorporated nonprofit education foundation for humanity with Nobel Laureate for Peace, Elie Wiesel. Responsible for all aspects of fundraising, organizational development, fiscal management, board development, program creation and implementation, administrative oversight and public relations.The Echo Foundation promotes understanding and inspires hope through education, service, and the development of leadership for a more humane world. Our programs teach responsibility to young people in the context of social justice. Through comprehensive educational programs, The Echo Foundation equips individuals with moral and intellectual tools necessary to create positive change in their local and global communities. Echo initiatives use the power of example to educate about human rights, social justice, and urgent matters of sustainability. Experiential learning opportunities, programs using the arts in service to humankind, and facilitated dialogue in the pursuit of innovative solutions are hallmarks of the organization. The foundation has hosted 34 humanitarians, Nobel Laureates and world leaders and created curriculum about each; serving over students, and forging partnerships to benefit students worldwide. Recent projects have focused on former Chairman of the Federal Reserve Ben Bernanke; Partners In Health founder Dr. Paul Farmer; Africa expert and activist, John Prendergast, Rwandan Bishop John Rucyahana; Science Nobel Laureates, Günter Blobel, Edmond Fischer, Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard, Douglas Osheroff, Robert Richardson; founder of Doctors without Borders, Bernard Kouchner; Earth Institute Director, Jeffrey Sachs; Nobel Laureate in Literature, Wole Soyinka; human rights advocate Kerry Kennedy; Chinese dissident Harry Wu; and others.
