About Stephanie Elie-Martin

I am passionate about helping adult learners and the businesses they serve thrive. After spending over 20 years leading organizations, I am acutely aware of the critical importance of education in helping organizations flourish. As a Director of Business Programs, I create programs and courses to help adult learners develop and grow to serve local organizations dynamic and changing needs. As an educator, I am passionate about business, leadership, and communication. My research focuses on the power of storytelling to increase gender equity, inclusion, leadership, and high performing teams. I explore how sharing your story can overcome powerful neurobiological and cultural divides to create equitable, inclusive cultures where teams can harness their collective creativity and solve complex challenges. Outside of academia I serve as a consultant helping leaders and organizations uncover pinch points, resolve conflict, negotiate change, and harness the power of informed, intentional communication to empower and engage diverse audiences.
