This role looks after our business for all clients in Energy, Chemicals, Utilities Mining, Metals and Forestry. Our Resources teams help our clients transform for the energy transition, cope with ongoing cost pressures, embrace new technologies, and find new sources of growth. In this role, I established Accenture as the transformation partner of choice for global energy and resources clients, leading strategic M&A investments in engineering and construction acquisitions to accelerate net zero infrastructure projects, resulting in rapid value realization and enhanced service offerings. I also forged partnerships with leading AI technology providers and industrial platform companies to accelerate clients’ net zero and digital operations. I steered global adoption of AI and digital twin platforms across energy clients, embedding predictive maintenance, optimisation, and GenAI use cases into large-scale transformations. I took on additional responsibility to integrate the Sustainability Services into my portfolio and restructured for maximum client and market impact.

ABOUT STEPHANIE JAMISON
I am Accenture’s global Resources industry practices chair, which includes the utilities, chemicals, natural resources, and energy industries, as well as Accenture’s global sustainability services lead. In these roles, and as a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee, I have responsibility for Accenture helping our clients reach their net-zero targets and broader sustainability goals.I am driven by my passion for sustainability and purpose, which is backed up by more than two decades of practice. To meet net-zero emissions goals and limit the effects of climate change will take people, technology, and insight, as well as intelligence and tenacity. We must all unite in the effort to transform and reach those targets. I was previously Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting lead for Europe, working with C-suite executives to help them accelerate their digital transformations to enhance competitiveness, growth and deliver sustainable value. Before that, I led Accenture’s global utility industry sector and was a Diamond Client account lead, helping some of the largest and most innovative utilities in North America and Europe. I am a champion of personal growth and appreciate the value of taking risks, innovating, and learning.
