Work closely with Brand Presidents and department managers on budgets worldwide. I implemented one-on-one budget review meetings in 2018, which decreased the meeting times by an average of thirty (30) minutes, for those who opted to meet. While I attended the budget meetings in 2018, I started running the round 1 formal budget meetings in 2019. •Work with department’s on projections for both new revenue generating services and cost saving measures. •Work with departments on streamlining processes for report preparation. In one instance, I was able to reduce report preparation time by half (4 hours). •I built our five (5) year forecast as an Adaptive Insights report to eliminate the manual work of updating history back to 2015 and current year actuals and budget numbers for all brands and departments worldwide. •Developed department procedures for all responsibilities under the FP & A department, including month end processes, to ensure consistency in daily/weekly/monthly operations and reporting. I continue to develop processes for new responsibilities added to our department. •I join our COO & EVP-Neighborly General Manager and Brand Presidents on financial review calls. •I initially trained our financial analyst on our processes and systems. As I gain new responsibilities, I train the analyst on responsibilities passing to them to ensure they are successful while furthering their professional growth.
