As the Regional Executive Director of Patient Care Services at Kaiser Permanente, I oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care for 21 hospitals in northern CA. I have over 25 years of experience in the hospital and health care industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing inpatient and outpatient nursing operations, regulatory compliance, quality, clinical education, competency, and training.I hold a Nurse Executive Advanced (NEA-BC) certification and a MSN in Case Management. I am completing my Dsc. In Health Administration. My core competencies include nursing management and operations, accreditation programs, clinical and nursing informatics, respiratory care, adult and maternal child health service lines, emergency services, clinical education and training, and lean/six sigma.
