Vendor/Industry Management – Effectively partner with external vendors and internal HR stakeholders to ensure successful execution of hiring and on boarding processes. Continuous Improvement – Continually assess/benchmark the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs, processes and practices against relevant comparable companies, industries and markets and implement necessary improvements.
