I am proud to have built, launched, and continue to manage Scopism’s global SIAM (Service Integration and Management) community, which has grown to members across 100+ countries. Working closely with our founder Claire Agutter, I focus on creating a thriving, inclusive space where SIAM practitioners, partners, and thought leaders can connect, learn, and collaborate.Key highlights of my work include: • Shaping community strategy and engagement approaches to drive rapid, sustainable growth from launch. • Promoting Scopism’s key services, including SIAM Assured, Advisory Services, Readiness and Health Assessments, SIAM training and certification, resource augmentation, and industry research. • Developing and curating content, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and podcasts to enrich the community experience and provide real-world value. • Supporting Scopism’s annual SIAM Survey and producing research reports based on industry insights, contributing to benchmarking efforts. • Building strong partnerships with companies at the forefront of SIAM, education providers, and regional representatives to extend Scopism’s reach and deepen community impact. • Supporting the SIAM Leadership Council, bringing together senior representatives from multiple sectors to guide the evolution of SIAM. • Supporting regional communities and communities of practice beyond Scopism, and hosting sessions globally to encourage knowledge sharing across the wider industry. • Regularly presenting at conferences, universities, and forums such as itSMF, sharing insights on community development, SIAM, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.Alongside community management, I contribute to product ideation, partner engagement, event organisation, and support Scopism’s broader mission to evolve SIAM practices and connect the global service management community.
