I have been in the Gaming Industry for over 30 years. More specifically, 30 years in the Gaming Surveillance field. 27 years of that has been in a surveillance management position. I started my career in Mississippi and moved to the Las Vegas area in 1997. I have been a member of IACSP, ASIS and the SINetwork. I am currently a member of OSN and GGW and a board member if IACSP.I have experience with opening properties and corporate take overs. I also have extensive project management experience for construction and remodels.I enjoy working for companies that value their employees and actually listen to them. The best job in the world is one you enjoy going to every day. The key to that is to ensure you have the right staff in place and that you are not afraid to listen to what they have to say. You never know when or where the next great idea comes from.
