The reason I pursued nursing, and what continues to motivate me today, is the ability I have to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. I have dedicated my career to doing just that. Over the years, I have shown progressive advancement and, more importantly, personal growth through the various roles held. I have a proven track record of success in home program growth and development, excellent physician relations, quality improvement, and multi-site operational leadership. While human nature is to resist change, I strongly believe change is the most effective way to make strides toward future improvements. I welcome new challenges. When it comes to achieving results, I love to think outside the box and value the ideas and opinions of others. As a leader, I believe my success is directly related to the success of my team. I am passionate about helping each member of my team unlock their own potential, recognize their skills, reach for, and achieve their dreams. One way I am able to do this, is to lead by example. I am consistently in pursuit of continued education through conferences, books, and research.    I lead post-market neuro-oncology brachytherapy studies, partnering closely with investigators and site teams to move sites from start-up to activation while keeping everything aligned with regulatory expectations. I work cross-functionally across clinical, medical, commercial, and external partners, serving as a steady point of contact and helping multidisciplinary oncology and surgical teams stay connected and moving forward.I’m known for breaking down complex protocols into clear, practical guidance so teams understand both the expectations and the purpose behind the work. I stay engaged with the field through ongoing collaboration and industry meetings, keeping pace with evolving standards in radiation oncology and neurosurgery. Above all, I prioritize organization, compliance, and audit readiness to ensure strong execution and meaningful post-market evidence generation.
