About Stephanie Wade

I have always been attracted to that which requires quick adaptation, so it\'s no surprise that I fell in love with Anesthesiology: multiple layers of minutiae in ever-changing scenarios throughout the day. Earning a patient\'s trust within five minutes of meeting them is an honor that is never taken lightly. My transition into administrative roles was natural, as it is in my nature to ask \"how can we make this better for everyone?\" Those who know me well would say that my strength is to see another\'s perspective with empathy.As much as I love Anesthesiology, I also realize that the landscape of medicine is changing.and not for the better. As Physicians, we have less control over the Doctor-Patient relationship, our schedules, income, and lifestyles. So many of my colleagues are feeling burned out and exhausted. For those reasons, I began to pursue income diversification strategies. As I became increasingly successful at entrepreneurial ventures, I was actually able to enjoy being a Physician more because diversification decreases dependence. Now, it is my passion and goal to share these strategies with other professionals who are struggling. I’m convinced that 99% of people fall into one of two categories: they either have a great income, but no time to enjoy it; or, they have time but are always worried about making ends meet. As my business partnerships continue to expand both locally and globally, I am always seeking like-minded individuals with whom to partner. I chose to become a Physician so that I could lead a life of impact. I\'m now finding that mentoring leaders to greater success leaves a more sustained legacy.
