I am active in Egon Zehnder’s Services Practice while focusing mainly on mobility (rail, airlines, and public transportation, including electric vehicle charging and other relevant infrastructure) and logistics; both large and midsized, disruptive companies grow faster while making their industries more sustainable. I am passionate about helping corporations establish high-performing leadership teams. Before joining Egon Zehnder, I attained the rank as Associate Partner at McKinsey as part of the McKinsey Center for Future Mobility with focus on mobility, infrastructure, and logistics. Prior to McKinsey, I was with Lufthansa Group for 7 years. I worked in flight operations (IT transformation for crew planning) and in several managerial and operational functions during my trainee. I enjoy spending my free time with friends and family, preferably in the mountains.
