I started my career in the digital industry in headhunting and joined Front Row Germany (formerly Finc3 Marketing Group) as first HR member, where I set up the People & Culture department and helped scaling the company from 70 to over 160 employees, now together with my wonderful team. I am driven by the opportunity to shape the best candidate and employee journey, to support our colleagues on their individual growth journeys as well as by increasing happiness at work.
