In 2017, Stéphanie moved from Belgium to the U.S. and followed her dream by founding Farbridge Pharma Consulting, a firm specializing in GxP Quality Assurance and bridging the gap between US and EU biopharmaceutical regulations. Farbridge facilitates the expansion of the Clients\' exposure on another continent while guaranteeing compliance with local quality regulations.Stéphanie is a multilingual QA professional. She acquired extensive experience in GMP/GDP/GVP and in Cell and Gene Therapy (ATMP), in working in the EU regulatory environment and she ensures strict compliance with the highest quality standards and regulatory guidelines while focusing on operational processes.As a Qualified Person (QP) for GMP and GVP (QPPV), Stéphanie has a key role in consulting with companies in the US to start clinical trials in Europe.An Industrial Pharmacist by training, she also holds a Master Degree in Total Quality Management. She is a Trusted Advisor, Team Leader, and Coach to operational teams, providing accurate and pragmatic quality guidance. She implements quality management systems, performs audits and follows up on corrective action plans, provides training and quality oversight to meet her clients’ established quality goals and applicable regulations. Stéphanie is detail-oriented and committed to meeting the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure Clients avoid costly delays or quality issues. Ultimately, so they stay compliant, ahead, on the budget, and rise to the top of their industry!
