I’m an experienced and people-first retail operations leader with a background in multi-unit management, team development, and large-scale integrations. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside exceptional teams while supporting store leaders, area managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver strong business results and long-term growth.Over the past decade, I’ve led the operations of 100+ locations across multiple states, both corporate and franchise operations, managed a $230M+ P&L, and supported the integration of thousands of newly acquired stores.
