About Stephanie Twohig
With over 20 years of combined experience as a Claims Adjuster and Claims Manager, I’m able to help clients optimize their claims processes, reduce costs, and mitigate risk. As a former Senior Advisor on the Claims Transformation and Strategy team at Ernst & Young, LLP, I worked with clients in various lines of business to help resolve their most pressing risk concerns. My findings and recommendations were presented to key leaders and executives. I have completed various projects such as claims leakage assessments, settlement and claim closure projects, operating model assessments, current state maturity assessments, and target state operating model recommendations. In addition, I’ve collaborated with internal and external businesses stakeholders to help develop and implement best claims and risk management practices, training materials, and claims handling guidelines.Currently, I’m overseeing the claims operation at Staples as the Program Manager in the Risk Management group. I have extensive experience with claims in a retail setting having spent the majority of my career at Ahold Delhaize in various roles.
