   Provide operational leadership for the VP, Global Talent and the whole GT organization. Lead a team of operational excellence experts, data and reporting experts, and project management. Including:\\\\n• Designing, implementing and executing formal governance processes for budget, headcount, projects, data, technology and processes.\\\\n• Providing leadership in project management, building systems for transparency, process standardization, and systems for rapid decision-making on critical projects.\\\\n• Advance our HR data management and reporting discipline, maturity and effectiveness, including continuous improvement of existing data and reporting systems as well as defining next generation data-driven services.\\\\n• Track performance of critical projects and activities and monitor progress against agreed-upon goals.\\\\n• Co-lead annual planning process including key events such as three-year planning, annual operating plan, and support for working sessions to develop these outputs. Will partner closely with HR business partner and Finance business partner through this process.\\\\n• Lead special strategic projects and lead them to effective outcomes, such as projects that require strong cross-functional collaboration, redesign systems for the team, or raise organizational operational excellence\\\\n\\\\nPlay a leadership role in driving progress in Global Talent transformation initiatives by acting as a program manager and ensuring the program\'s work is aligned to the organization’s goals. Provide overall transformation program management and governance across stakeholder teams inside GT and with partner organizations.
