For over 20 years I have been dedicated to helping all types and sizes of organizations, including many of the Fortune 500 and Healthcare industry hit their business objectives, while growing relationships and increasing revenue.As an Implementation Project Manager and an ITIL certified Global Service Manager for a leading provider of collaboration software and services, I had the opportunity to work with global customers as their trusted advisor and the voice of the customer to ensure SaaS products were successfully implemented and contractual Service Level Agreements exceeded. My recent days are fun-filled with assisting medium to large size businesses implement HCM software as an Implementation Project Manager. I use the knowledge and skill set I gained as a Payroll Implementation Consultant as my foundation to best manage projects implementing the full HCM product suite.No challenge is ever too large! I thrive on taking a complex problem and/or goal and breaking it down into achievable pieces, organizing resources, and leading collaborative and motivational meetings to see projects through to completion with successful results. I thrive being part of a collaborative team that will benefit from my strong business acumen, positive motivational, interpersonal, and communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and my expertise in project management.The relationships built with my colleagues and customers truly mean the world to me and I am happy to call them all friends.
