I bring a proven ability to guide organizations through transformation and foster alignment across diverse teams. I’m especially energized by disruption—identifying new market opportunities, modernizing operating models, and unlocking value through people and purpose. I believe in leadership that is transparent, decisive, and deeply human. Over the course of my career, I’ve led across every dimension of the value chain—from distribution and M&A to operations, product innovation, and marketing. My passion lies in turning strategy into performance—building resilient cultures that deliver growth, innovation, and measurable outcomes.A frequent and sought-after public speaker, I’ve presented at industry events and executive conferences on topics including growth mindset, purpose-driven leadership, and business model innovation. I’m passionate about translating complex strategy into clear, actionable insights that inspire teams and influence stakeholders. Outside of work, you’ll find me on a sideline supporting my three kids, exploring a new destination, or outdoors recharging in nature. Staying active in my community through my role with the Equitable Foundation also allows me to invest back into the Greater Charlotte Community. All of this keeps me grounded and reminds me why meaningful work matters.
