I am an environmental technology and strategy executive with over 20 years of experience leading global research, product development, and decarbonization initiatives across hydrogen technologies, hybrid and electric systems, and advanced internal-combustion platforms. My work sits at the intersection of technology strategy, environmental impact, and enterprise decision-making—helping organizations navigate regulatory complexity, market uncertainty, and long-term sustainability goals.In my current role at Cummins, I lead research and technology strategy, innovation, and partnerships, governing a large annual research portfolio. I advise enterprise leadership on where and how to invest in emerging technologies, balancing opportunity and risk while advancing multi-path decarbonization strategies across hydrogen, hybrid, battery-electric, renewable fuels, and next-generation efficiency technologies. A core focus of my work is ensuring that sustainability, business performance, and access to reliable power reinforce one another.Previously, I held senior global leadership roles in Cummins Components and Cummins Turbo Technologies, including UK-based product line leadership. I owned lifecycle strategy, product development execution, and financial performance for emissions-critical systems supporting Euro VI-equivalent regulations worldwide and helped deliver step-change reductions in particulate matter and nitrogen oxides across multiple technology generations.I am increasingly engaged as a thought leader and advisor on clean energy and mobility. I support Cummins Government Relations in Washington, D.C, London, and Brussels, advising on hydrogen technologies, hybrid and electric systems, fuel-cell and battery-electric vehicles, and renewable-fuel policy.
