Responsible for leading and facilitating the deployment of a new Radio over IP system to be used by Amazon Corporate Security operators across over 100 Amazon building sites in the United States • Developed a phased rollout plan by prioritizing installation sites, using information gathered from multiple subject matter experts in conjunction with a decision matrix for a quantified and value-driven approach • Coordinated various project management activities, such as facilitating meetings with stakeholders, drafting weekly project status reports, and creating new documentation libraries to capture knowledge • Work with different vendors, TPM and engineering teams to ensure we have the right project site allocation, deliver the right POs/invoices, track the project, deliver the task and radio delivery according to the timeline • Able to adapt to unforeseen changes/risks such as radio delivery delays, high-level radio system design changes, and communicating/documenting best solutions and expectations to stakeholders • Managed to get approval from appropriate stakeholders such as budget approval from the project sponsor or InfoSec approval as the radio system must comply with all security reviews
