I’m a People Business Partner with 5+ years of experience supporting high-growth organizations through employee relations, performance support, and hands-on HR operations. My background spans both strategic partnership and day-to-day execution, with a strong focus on helping leaders manage people issues clearly, fairly, and consistently.I’ve supported organizations through periods of rapid growth, including scaling from early-stage to 50+ employees, where I contributed to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, HRIS/ATS implementation, payroll administration, and compliance. This experience gave me a strong operational foundation and a practical, risk-aware approach to People work.A core strength of mine is employee relations. I’ve coached managers through performance concerns, progressive discipline, and difficult conversations, always anchoring guidance in clarity, documentation, and observed behaviour.
