   Counsel to foreign and domestic production clients on all aspects of their television productions: from development to format issues to clearance issues. I have served as production counsel for television productions on Netflix, HULU, HBO Max, A&E, ABC, E, NBC, CBS, History, VH1, truTV, CMT, National Geographic Channel, Bravo, DIY, Sundance Channel, Esquire, Travel Channel, OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network and HBO, as well as a wide range of programs appearing on the Discovery Channel and the Scripps Networks. I also represent several television hosts including those with programs and/or pilots on networks such as A&E, Bravo, Discovery, Fine Living, Travel Channel, TLC, Lifetime, ABC Family and SNY, as well as counsel to independent producers and showrunners. I also represent high level executives at both production companies and networks in their employment agreements.Clients also include film investors, authors, motion and domestic and foreign entertainment companies. I have also served as production counsel on a wide range of motion pictures from documentaries such as \"Roving Mars\" to large scale features such as \"Lawless\" and \"The Words,\" and have served as an executive producer for the NBC Sports documentary \"Dark Horses\".
