ABOUT STEPHANIE SANCHEZ-KLEIN
I joined My Fit Foods in 2018 as part-time weekend help. What I found is an incredible platform to become my best, help others in their path to greatness, and help scale up a small business. As a first-generation college student, when I joined the team I had preconceived ideas on what my potential could be - I was awkward, had low self esteem, and extreme social anxiety. My leaders recognized my potential and helped me develop my confidence, business acumen, accountability, leadership, coaching, and so much more! As a startup company, we wear a lot of hats. I work closely with the COO and help oversee daily operations, recruiting, HR, data analysis, training and development, and research and development. We are on a mission to reset the standard for what it means to love your job, hit exemplary performance, and serve others.
