ABOUT STEPHANIE SALZANO
After finishing High School, I packed a suitcase, left family and friends behind, and embarked on an adventure across the pond. While trying to find my footing in a foreign country with a language I still had to conquer, I thought about throwing in the towel and going back home plenty of times. Now, still on my adventure across the pond (though the language conquered), I put my perseverance to work as an HR leader. While I mastered many adventures, the field of human resources remains an adventure with its ever changing landscape - and I am always up for the challenge to conquer those. I\'m well versed in implementing HR compliance programs, employee advocacy, conducting internal HR audits, relationship management, directing and managing staff, as well as developing and conducting HR training.
