   Hired by Wells Fargo Endpoint Security Engineering and Emerging Services Group, Enterprise Information Security Technology and Operations Group to build and organize the enterprise information security cloud program implementation group.• Worked with management to create the cloud group made up of initiative managers, technical leads, and project support personnel to ensure that information security projects are implemented taking into consideration the policies and controls for the functional areas to manage and mitigate risks. • Working with the security team, created a strategy and risk tolerance framework for the cloud program.• Determined the resources and budget needed to continue the cloud security projects into 2018. This includes approximately $14M for the specific projects to implement cloud security tools, cloud governance for public and private clouds, and SaaS access management solutions.• Created a cloud communication plan allowing EIS to liaise with the many groups throughout Wells Fargo including Enterprise Information Technology and Lines of Business.• Responsible for consolidating and providing content for program reporting to executives in EIS.• Working with external partners and industry groups to represent Wells Fargo in determining software solutions and best practices for Wells Fargo processes as they relate to cloud.• Currently managing 15+ security consultants to insure project deliverables are produced and meet their deadlines.
