Manage e-learning catalog to consult, advise, and optimize learning to accomplish companywide initiatives – create a learning culture, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, leadership, performance reviews, goal setting, compliance training, etc. • Lead global compliance training program process and completion transformation – 17 e-learning courses. Partner and persuade the legal department, senior executives, acquired companies, information security, HRBPs, IT, learning, and communications to improve the overall compliance experience. Developed, planned, and program manage a measurable engagement tool (Yammer/Microsoft Teams Community) to connect new hires cross functionally, to each other, and business initiatives. • Led a global team of six indirect reports and partnered with stakeholders to change the off-boarding process to create a more streamlined process that gives more valuable information to business as to why employees are leaving. Partnered with HRBP’s and leaders to incorporate feedback on simplifying and improving the off-boarding process.
