Experience

  1. Editor in Chief

    Great Transition Stories

    May 2023 — Present · US

I lead editorial operations, working closely with Co-Founder Lynnaea Lumbard, alongside a small, brilliant team of collaborators. I spearhead content strategy across our core sections, ensuring every piece balances profound intelligence with radical accessibility.I was a driving force for GTS\'s comprehensive relaunch (mid-April 2026), developing the editorial framework and voice guidelines that position the platform as navigation infrastructure for the Great Transition of our time. I wrote and edited over 200 substantial pieces of content spanning archetypal patterns, contemporary efforts across 12 thematic domains, and practical engagement pathways.I identify and integrate hundreds of resources, organizations, and thought leaders, creating a living web of interconnected wisdom that breaks down silos between disciplines, traditions, and movements. Working closely with Lynnaea to honor her living legacy and decades of partnership with compelling voices of our time, I translate profound work into accessible narratives for wider audiences—synthesizing insights from systems thinkers, Indigenous wisdom keepers, ecologists, and spiritual teachers.I pioneered GTS\'s distinctive voice—writing from within experiences using \"we\" language to create intimacy and shared humanity. I lead launch and communications planning including press strategy, media outreach, social media, and online gatherings. My work embodies affirmative framing—focusing on what IS emerging while maintaining honest engagement with complexity. I bring two decades of storytelling expertise and commitment to narrative work as infrastructure for systems change.
