As Associate Director of Operations, Analytics, & Tech, I’m a data-driven operations leader with a strong focus on building the systems and insights that power strategic decisions. With deep expertise in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, I specialize in turning complex data into actionable dashboards, performance metrics, and operational efficiencies that support sales, marketing, and finance teams.I’m highly proficient in HubSpot’s Sales and Marketing stacks and an expert in Microsoft technologies allowing me to build dynamic dashboards, automate reporting processes, and improve visibility into key KPIs across the organization. I\'ve led end-to-end CRM implementations, standardized lead management and forecasting processes, and created scalable reporting infrastructures that support both day-to-day operations and long-term planning. I oversee all technology onboarding, driving internal efficiencies and supporting sales initiatives.
