I’m the person who makes friends with the stranger next to me on an airplane. By the end of the flight we are following each other on Instagram. I love connecting with strangers and seeing if we have things in common or just learning what you are passionate about. Since we aren\'t on a plane, here are 3 random things we might connect on: 1. I’ve lived in the following states; OH, PA, SC, KS, MO, and now AR. Every time I moved, I would sell all my things and just pack up my car for the next adventure. I may have a little bit of a gypsy soul. I have a Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain Dog. I met my husband on Bumble and we eloped in Nashville, TN. I share all of this because talking to a stranger is how I found myself working with a recruiter to make a career change from higher education to recruiting. Being recruited was exciting. Learning about the company, the role, and the team I could be working with. I loved every moment of the process and want to recreate that experience with every candidate I work with. I currently oversee our campus and military recruiting efforts. This includes hosting our internship program and pipelining for our more entry level roles across all business units.
