   As a Social Media Specialist, I take on the roles of social media strategist and digital marketer. I manage social media communities for Cincinnati, Hartford, Kansas, Miami Valley, Northwest Ohio, MidAtlantic, Oklahoma, South Dakota, World Magazine, Sumerel Tire and Service and Auto Wash. These territories include Facebook pages, and Twitter and LinkedIn accounts. Favorite aspects of my job include community strategy, audience engagement, customer service, campaign management, and connecting current and potential members with the Brand. I have discovered that I have a real passion for employee advocacy! I love helping our Associates cultivate their passion for our company using social media. Along with my immediate duties as Social Media Specialist, I am the Content Administrator for the Social Ambassador Network (SAN), our employee advocacy program. I develop content and maintain relationships with those in the program. More Key Functions- Increase social media awareness and visibility among club business lines and stakeholders- Integrate digital marketing assets (website, e-mail, etc,) with the club social media strategy- Monitor ongoing compliance with established social media policies and processes- Monitor social media accounts for comments, messaging, retweets, and customer service feedback specific to club territories, and respond as needed on behalf of the club- Engage with fellow club Leads and share social media best practices with other clubs to cultivate an environment of collaboration and creativity within the social media team.
