ABOUT STEPHANIE PHILIPPI
After my business studies, I started working for a headhunter, supporting small but market-leading companies in the (mechanical) engineering sector, so-called hidden champions, in their search for talents. After that, I continued to work in recruitment, but switched to the tech and IT sector, where I still feel at home today. Now as an in-house recruiter, I advise our hiring managers on the search and selection of new colleagues. From SAP to DevOps, from developers to product owners, I like to be there for our talents and always try to create a great candidate experience. After some years in the recruiting field I decided to take a new step and moved internally to our growing Workday team as a product owner. I am currently helping to ensure that Workday, as our HR master tool, continues to improve and make the daily business of all our employees easier every day.
