ABOUT STEPHANIE PASION

Hi everyone, my name is Stephanie! I have been in the childcare and educational profession while studying since April 2017. I have worked with a variety of educational workers and infants to school-aged students throughout field placements and work experiences. I have learned how to observe play and behaviours of young students to help with the improvement of their developmental skills and encourage students to engage in activities that support their emotional, social and cognitive growth. I am an experienced Instructor Therapist applying the practices of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA therapy) into programs that assist the overall development and growth of young children and adults on the Autism Spectrum. I am an enthusiastic and dedicated worker. I strive to create an open learning environment for not only students but educational workers as well. In a field where you are expected to educate and care for students and their family members, I learned that it is important to help create a cohesive work environment, and prioritize interprofessional collaboration. The success of any young student starts with a productive and cooperating team.
