Manage department of seven full-time staff in the strategy and implementation of all learning and community partnership initiatives-Member of 10 person senior leadership team who works collaboratively to set strategic directions/priorities for the institution-Oversee multiple funding streams including department and special exhibition budgets funded by general operations, endowments, and grants. Secure grants and funding from public and private sources to achieve strategic priorities (recent grants totaled over $750k)-Take a leadership role in developing change management for institutional priorities including diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility as it relates to internal staffing, volunteer management, community partnership work, and visitor engagement-Manage institutional evaluation processes for visitor experience.
