Resolve escalated and complex conflict issues. Responsible for drafting waivers and engagement letters, negotiating Outside Counsel Guidelines. Manage the process to resolve conflicts of interest associated with large partner lateral groups with goal of quick and seamless onboarding. Liaising with Firm\'s Administrative Partner, provide in-house professional ethics advice to attorneys and staff, including ethics training. Responsible for the design and implementation of Intapp Open, completely overhauling the Firm\'s conflicts and intake system. As part of this project, developed the Firm\'s risk management policy in almost all aspects of conflicts and intake. Responsible for personnel, budgets, reporting, vendor negotiation, and long-term strategic planning for the risk group, keeping abreast of trends, software/automated offerings, and updates to risk laws.
