I actively cultivate an environment focused on safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and opportunity by empowering employees to succeed while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.With a track record of operational turnarounds and department growth, I’ve led the transformation of a business unit from significant loss into positive net profit within one year, and scaled revenue from $6M to over $10M through targeted strategy and execution.In addition to my day-to-day work, I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, where I advocate for professional standards and industry advancement. I also serve on the Board of Directors for United Way, contributing to meaningful community impact and cross-sector collaboration.As a strong advocate for youth and education, I also volunteer as a judge for UIL speech and debate events across Texas; including Poetry, Prose, Lincoln-Douglas (LD), Cross-Examination (CX), and both Informative & Persuasive Extemporaneous Speaking. Supporting student voices and critical thinking is a cause I care deeply about.I\'m always interested in connecting with fellow professionals in construction, leadership, workforce development, and community-building.
