   End Client: U.S. State Department Jelani Consulting LLC.Ms. Nwogu implements backup and recovery procedures using RMAN and Data Pump utility for Oracle databases and test regularly in conjunction with Operations. She creates databases and database objects. She also clones production databases as needed for testing and development using RMAN. Ms. Nwogu was part of a team that installed and configured Oracle RAC on different nodes. She maintains 24/7 availability by executing standard processes and troubleshooting live issues within defined strict SLAs. Monitors and troubleshoots database performance, troubleshooting using OEM, AWR, ADDM, EXPLAIN PLAN, ASH and ADRCI. Using Crontab utility, she performs batch jobs. Manages database security with the use of Triple As (authorization, authentication, auditing. She also performs other security related tasks including Transparent Data Encryption (TDE). She and her team planned and implemented Oracle Data Guard Architecture for all production databases. Performs installations, configurations, upgrades and maintenance of Oracle server software as well as related products such as Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and Grid Control for Oracle 12c. She has upgraded databases from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4. Ms. Nwogu also participates in weekend on-call rotations.
