With over 25 years of experience in the residential architecture industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who oversees the national aspects of architectural services and product development at Beazer Homes. My core competencies include project management, construction drawings, written communication, and CAD system management. I enjoy collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to create and maintain high-quality construction documents and marketing collateral that reflect the design intent and value proposition of Beazer Homes.As the National Manager of Planning & Design Operations, I am responsible for managing the production resources, providing QA leadership, ensuring adherence to company-wide standards and processes, and developing CAD content. I leverage my skills in project management, drafting, troubleshooting, and communication to support and train the division project management teams, and external architecturual, and drafting consultants.
