   In 2018, I saw the opportunity to create an authentic brand and a community that helps people deal with chronic stress or pain. As a longtime customer first, I was inspired to buy, rebrand, and relaunch my company Asutra as a holistic self-care brand.\\\\n\\\\nAt Asutra, we believe self-care isn’t selfish; it’s important. Take care of yourself on purpose so you can take on anything. Asutra offers natural remedies for pain, sleep, and mood that have become favorites of tennis legend Venus Williams. All our products are paraben-free and PETA-certified cruelty-free.\\\\n\\\\nAsutra is a minority-owned and women-owned business. We’re able to create products that help women because we’re led by amazing women. As global tennis champ Venus Williams says, “I use Asutra to stay at the top of my game—because it works.” Venus was so passionate about our products, she joined our team as part owner and Chief Brand Officer.\\\\n\\\\nIn the four years since I relaunched the brand, Asutra products have made it onto the shelves of over 6,300 retail stores, bringing product sales up by 70% in CVS and sales of sleep aids up by 60% in Target. We’ve also been able to sell in niche natural retailers, meeting the core Asutra customer where they already shop. We’ve achieved +193% YoY at Grove Collaborative and +72% YoY at iHerb.\\\\n\\\\nAsutra and its products have been featured in O Magazine, People, Town & Country, and Real Simple.
