This role will focus on implementing new and innovative strategies to further enhance the recruitment of talent. Create and implement new strategies that will include optimizing the social media on-line recruitment, professional networking through various channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Twitter, Instagram and Glass Door, and implementing changes to the selection process that create an environment that is desirable to candidates. In addition, focus on strategies that heighten the overall candidate experience that will serve to attract both high quality and diverse talent.
