Provide dynamic HR support to team members throughout the glass container manufacturing facility by managing contracts for Hourly Union staff and employee recognition and engagement programs •Remain in constant contact with Management and Union Leaders to communicate policy and contract guidelines, standards, and requirements •Actively assist Corporate Recruiting Department with hiring qualified candidates that meet position requirements and company goals •Oversee the coordination of employee leaves in accordance with FMLA and ADA regulations •Proactively identify and address employee policy violations including Workplace Violence and Harassment •Productively manage relationships with Union Leadership to encourage ongoing satisfaction and support •Communicate program guidelines and goals for fostering employee involvement with Forming Apprentice Committee members
