Currently assigned to the Economic Crimes Unit, White Collar Crime Division. My caseload includes prosecuting crimes related to workers\' compensation fraud, automobile insurance fraud as well as identity theft. I was previously served in the Misdemeanor and General Felonies Units where I prosecuted misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. My responsibilities include evaluating potential cases for charging decisions, conducting hearings including preliminary hearings through to trial, and working collaboratively with San Francisco Police Department, California Highway Patrol, the District Attorney Investigations Unit as well as other State and County agencies in the investigation and prosecution of crimes.
