Under the general supervision of the Deputy SMD, serves the role of policy advisor forthe Deputy SMD and SoonerSelect management as needed.• Researches, analyzes and reports on data and complex policies to assist the DeputySMD in the monitoring and oversight of SoonerSelect Programs and CEs.• Gains and maintains knowledge of applicable SoonerSelect and/or CE contractcompliance and oversight requirements and policies to assist the Deputy SMD indecision-making.• Contributes operational and strategic insights to drive any new initiatives involving themonitoring and oversight of the SoonerSelect programs and CEs.• Responds to urgent policy or design priorities or ad hoc requests for policy analysis ordocument review for the SoonerSelect programs, as identified.• Develop and manages an early warning system to ensure that the Deputy SMD andSoonerSelect management is aware of emerging problems.• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in O365, is required.• Serves as a change agent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to process and organize facts, data, and other information to define a problemand develop an effective solution
