About Stephanie Malachowski
I strive to be successful by using a positive mindset, determination, and being a team player. I developed a deep understanding of these skills from my undergraduate experience at Bryant University through my coursework and sports. I graduated with a degree in marketing with a double minor in communication and psychology. This allowed me to develop educational experiences in both Business and the Arts of Science. As a member of the American Marketing Association, along with my digital marketing, and market research coursework, I gained familiarity with real corporate examples. By participating in several AMA competitions and gaining insights from keynote speakers, I learned new perspectives in the marketing field. Additionally, college sports taught me how to adapt to adversity after enduring a collegiate-ending injury. It forced me to maintain a positive attitude by not being afraid to try new things.Currently, I work as a merchandise specialist, improving products and services for our customers by determining product placement strategies, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and utilizing market data.
