Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) with a Master’s in Cultural Studies and a Bachelor’s in Communications & Culture. My published work focuses on empowering underrepresented groups through research, storytelling, and community engagement.At Queen\'s University, I explored the representation of women in STEM and created a published toolkit to help educators and mentors enhance girls’ self-efficacy in these fields from an early age. My experience includes leading outreach initiatives, program management, and research to drive meaningful social change.Guided by the philosophy, “If you can see it, you can be it,” I am passionate about creating spaces where everyone can thrive.
