About Stephanie Anderson

As a Managing Director at Kinavic, I am wholeheartedly committed to defining and delivering differentiated solutions for impactful leadership acceleration and measurable performance results. While talent strategy, development, and coaching have been integral to the roles I have held throughout my career, the last six years have been laser-focused on executive advisory, leadership acceleration, team effectiveness, and senior executive coaching. I have developed and implemented programs for senior leader integration, selection, partner readiness, high potential development and acceleration, and succession. I work primarily with Senior Managing Directors, Managing Directors, Partners, and Principals in professional services firms, as well Private Equity firms and PE-backed companies.In my twenty-four years with Accenture, I had the privilege to serve clients across multiple industries in over half of the US states and over ten countries. I have extensive experience in all things customer (e.g, service, end to end experience, research, analytics, channels, sales, retention, loyalty, operating model, organization design). Talent strategy and development have been key elements of my favorite roles and are among my top strengths and passions. As Customer Strategy Offering Development Lead, I managed and drove market development and investments in key offerings, technology, analytics, thought leadership, and assets. For six years I led the Global Consumer Pulse Research, Accenture\'s annual flagship consumer research, which has been leveraged at the World Economic Forum. I have two patents on customer service and talent management assets. In additional to my extensive executive advisory and coaching experience, I hold various certifications and have expertise with various tools. They include International Coaching Federation (ICF), Erickson Coaching International, Maxwell, Leadership, Gallup CliftonStrengths, DISC, Hogan, Principles, and others.Outside of work, I enjoy long distance running. I have completed three marathons and multiple half marathons, with more to come.
