   Reporting to the Agency CFO, coordinate and manage activities related to accounting, analysis, forecasting / budgeting, recordkeeping, billing, receipts, contract administration, and logistics. •Act as liaison in working with other Agencies, including the Illinois Office of the Comptroller and Central Management Services. •Maintain Accounts Receivable and Payable. •Responsible for the Agency Cash Management process including preparing bank deposits, posting to General Ledger reconciling relating accounts for proper financial statement reporting. •Reconcile bank statements and make adjusting entries for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing. •Assist with annual budget process by utilizing financial modeling, analytics, and variance analysis. •Generate required reports and data for annual fiscal and appliance audits. •Conduct Agency inventory management including maintaining master inventory list and related procedures for total value of inventoried property (i.e, assets/equipment). •Administer and manage Agency contracts, including monitoring, and compliance. •Confer with Agency management, contractors, and other State entities as needed concerning contract payment and compliance requirements. •Function as backup to Human Resources and Payroll functions for the Agency.
